Tender description

The work required is described in the contract documentation, specification of work and materials. Sydney Court is a 1960's building comprising of 15 flats over three storeys (ground, first & second floors). The entrance to the flats is via the common parts, front and rear entrance, main entrance hall, main stairwell, two landing areas and six internal connecting corridors (two per floor). The work involves the complete re-decoration of the internal common parts (walls, ceilings, loft hatch, skirtings, metal balustrading, door frames, 6 x corridor doors, 15 x meter cupboard doors and 15 x flat entrance doors).
