Tender description
This scheme comprises a new build primary school in Flintshire, North Wales. The main contract was procured by Read Construction through the North Wales Construction Partnership. We are looking for subcontractors to quote for the below works: - Balustrading - Brickwork / masonry - Cycle storage / street furniture - Decoration - Electrical / photovoltaics - External roller shutters - External wall cladding - External windows & doors and curtain walling - Fencing and gates - Firestopping (3rd party accredited) - Flooring - Folding partitions / movable walls - Furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) - Groundworks - Hygiene room equipment - Internal doors sets and glazed screens - Internal roller shutters - Intumescent Coatings to steelwork - IPS / cubicles - Ironmongery - Landscaping - Lift - Mechanical and plumbing - MUGA surfacing - Partitions / ceilings - Safety play surfacing - Scaffolding - Screed - Signage - Standing Seam Roofing - Tarmacadam A virtual Meet the Buyer session will be held for this opportunity on 14/03/2023.
