Tender description
Fingal County Council seeks consultancy services for the preparation of a new Local Economic and Community Plan (LECP) for Fingal County Council. The Local Government Act, 2014 provides a strong role for local government in economic and community development and established Local Community Development Committees (LCDC’s) on a statutory basis. Fingal County Council in conjunction with Fingal LCDC is required to prepare the second Local Economic and Community Plan (LECP) for Fingal.
