Tender description

The works consist of a number of single storey extensions to the existing Piltown National School southern school building and northern school building. The single storey extensions to the southern school building comprise an A.S.D. Unit extension to the rear (east) of the school building incorporating 2no. classrooms, central activities room, link corridor, boiler room, roof mounted PV panels and other ancillary accommodations, together with a single storey extension to the side (south) of the school building incorporating a photocopying room at the entrance to the school and other ancillary accommodations. The single storey extension to the northern school building comprises a single storey classroom extension to the side (south) of the school building incorporating a resource room and assisted user WC and other ancillary accommodations. All of the above together with all associated site development works.
