Including but not limited to: Full Design and / or Build services that utilise Modern Methods of Construction for new build, affordable homes projects in Dumfires & Galloway. Bidders should note that a full design and / or construction and financing package is required including, but not limited to: Design Services, Groundworks, infrastructure, drainage, services, landscaping, fencing and off-site methods of construction and must include a finance / investment model provided by the contractor / development company. Loreburn HA require a development delivery partner that can provide Design and / or Build services for new build projects in Dumfries & Galloway. The successful bidder must be able to deliver projects from, but not restricted to, acquisition of sites, design, cost planning and full delivery utilising Modern Methods of Construction. The successful bidder must also be able to finance the non subsidised element of the development costs with a investment model that is agreed by both parties.
