Tender description

RSSB have been running a project to implement Planful since mid 2022, supported by a 3rd party consultant. We were able to go live in November 2022 for the start of our budgeting cycle, but with a very basic system - much of the functionality was not ready and we had no time for business training, so data was collected and entered by the Finance team. In December our consultant took a strategic decision to exit the market, and we are looking for a replacement to support the completion of the project, and ongoing continual development. RSSB follows a quarterly forecasting process, so the system will next be used for the q1 forecast, starting July 2023. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
