GB-Bedford: External soil stack replacement and associated works

NOTE: This notice was updated on 23 February 2023 for the following reason: Change of contact person and telephone number(The purpose of this specification is to acquire quotes for the following works: •Replace the existing external soil stacks x 8 •Replace the existing wastewater pipe and hopper x 8 •Remove ivy growing on the exterior of the buildings •Complete a chemical clean to the brickwork where staining has occurred. There are four, 2 storey buildings, comprising of 24 flats. Each block has two soil stacks and two wastewater pipes and hopper. These are at Leith Road 2A-4C, Leith Road 6A-8C, Leith Road 10A-12C, Leith Road 14A-16C. This is a one-off contract, however there will be the option to quote for further works in the programme.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
