Consultancy Services for Children's Transformation Support

Tender description

BCP Council is commissioning external capacity and expertise to support the Director of Children's Services to undertake a significant transformation programme. The scope of the services will focus on driving the implementation phase of the children's Transformation Programme and the key priorities therein, in line with the Brighter Futures corporate priority and the vision and ambitions set out in the BCP Big Plan, and in concert with the BCP corporate transformation programme. The scope of services will address the key issues identified in the diagnostic review. There is a need to undertake a performance, impact, effectiveness and efficiency baselines of individual services within the children's directorate. This will be against recognised best practice, utilising findings from statutory inspections, and will work in concert with the BCP corporate transformation programme, specifically the service design workstream.
