Minor Works Framework Agreement (Domestic Properties) Lot 1: Builderswork General builderswork including alterations, taking down chimneys, removing fireplaces, repairing brickwork, pointing, repairs to concrete steps and kerbs Lot 2: Glazing Repairs General glazing unit repairs including removal and replacement of glazing units including windows and doors. Lot 3: Joinery General woodwork including door adjustments, repair eaves, verge and fascia’s, shelving, wood flooring, skirtings, facings etc Lot 4: Painterwork General internal and external painterwork items including preparation of plaster, wood and metal surfaces for paint application, hanging lining paper and wallpaper, glossing and painting of walls, ceilings and woodwork. Lot 5: Plasterwork General plasterwork including skim coat plaster, plaster and lath, application of plaster to walls and ceilings and external rendering Lot 6: Plasterwork General plumberwork including repair and renew guttering and downpipes, repair faults in heating systems, renew radiators, heating pumps and immersion heaters, renew copper piping, renew sanitary ware and fittings Lot 7: Roofing General roofing work on flat or pitched roofs including repair and replacement of roof tiles, repairs to felt roofing and repairs to roof timbers Lot 8: General tarmacadam and associated works including supply and fit of kerbs and laying and rolling of basecourse and surface course to footpaths and general areas General tarmacadam and associated works including supply and fit of kerbs and laying and rolling of basecourse and surface course to footpaths and general areas Lot 9: Electrical Works General electrical works including repair of electrical systems to properties, renew electrical fittings Lot 10: Flooring General flooring works including whole room replacement of carpet, carpet tiles and vinyl sheet flooring Lot 11: Superlot The Superlot will be used when two disciplines or more are required for any works.
