Tender description

The Lean team has an objective to support National Highways in its ambition to become a Lean organisation, with continuous improvement at the heart of everything it does. To do this the supplier will be expected to further develop National Highways Lean capability by using their own expertise, along with access to industry leaders within their supply chain. In practice, we do this by working with you to identify the individual tasks that you will deliver using your wider knowledge of the industry to benchmark, share best practise and transfer knowledge to increase capability
