Provision of Study Services to Net Zero Technology Centre Limited - Energy Hub Project, Micro Grids Scope 14 It is intended that this scope of work explores a theoretical optimised view of the various energy vectors within a black box type approach. The output should be in the form of a report detailing the key aspects overview of the above. It should also cover at a high level the practicalities of such a system as outlined below with respect to external interfaces and should include. - An overview & inclusion of contractual arrangements separate from the grid e.g., PPA - Overview of distance considerations in relation to optimised production. - Utilisation of smart meterage to monitoring flows - Analysis of where micro-scale solutions could apply instead of grid connections. - Energy Hub ability for bidirectional flows for prosumers (nearby, 20 miles from an intended site) - Overview of similar proposals or systems around the world - Grid Power requirements (SSE, Scottish Power) (as a power consumer if required) - Business, regional developments other net zero ambitions (specifically around symbiotic industry needs) - Grid power requirements downstream of any energy hub processes, (excess energy downstream of the above energy hub processes - Fibre connection and access to internet (data hubs) requirements, - Overall Conclusions and Recommendations Please refer to the attached ITT and SOW documents for further information.
