Online business diagnostic toolkit

Tender description

As part of the BCP Council’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) offer, the council’s Economic Development (ED) team will be delivering an online business start-up/growth diagnostic service, and a business start-up/growth information providing service. This PDR relates to the first part and the procurement of the online diagnostic toolkit. The proposed diagnostic toolkit (GROWTHmapper) from Oxford Innovation Services is a family of diagnostic tools covering start-up, growth, sustainability, fundamentals and productivity - to enable businesses to assess their strengths and weaknesses and improve their productivity. The online GROWTHmapper questionnaire, completed by businesses, captures a wealth of information about the business and the subsequent analysis provides valuable insights on the key issues that are preventing the business achieving its full potential. The reports generated by the GROWTHmapper tool contain a series of charts that measure the scale of perceived management capability within key areas of the business. This, together with an examination of alignment, allows the business to check for consistency in their understanding of the challenges and agree priorities for action. Keywords: Business growth
