Tender description
The Department for the Economy (DfE) require audits of the annual AE 10 Certificate, Audit and Payment Certificate for the Education Authority encompassing the 5 Education Authority (EA). The EA provides a range of central services in relation to the further and higher education sectors on behalf of DfE, the funding for these services is distributed either as grant or as grant-in-aid and the services. The EA receives funding to cover administration costs of carrying out all assessments for both further and higher education. The objective of this review is to provide an assurance on the completeness and effectiveness of DfE funding as detailed on the AE 10 Certificate and Audit and Payment Certificate and their associated output.
