The procurement of a Highways & Street-Lighting Asset Management System. The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) G-Cloud 12 Framework was used to procure the Asset Management System. The contract is a CCS G-Cloud 12 Call-Off Contract and is for the provision of Services under Lot 2: Cloud software. This Call-off Contract is for 24 months and then the Call-off Contract can be extended by the Buyer for 2 period(s) of 12 months each. The contracting authority had initially awarded the contact to a company called Yotta Limited. A new contractor (Causeway Technologies Limited - Registered Company Number: 03921897) replaces the one to which the contracting authority had initially awarded the contract (Yotta Limited). Yotta Limited has transferred all of its rights, obligations and liabilities under the Contract to Causeway Technologies Limited as part of the business transfer. A Deed of Novation to G Cloud 12 Call-Off Contract for Highways & Street-Lighting Asset Management System has been executed by both parties.
