Extension of Framework Agreement Y18018 - ICT Managed Services Due to the number of submission received for the replacement framework, evaluation is taking longer than anticipated. With this is in mind the Authority wishes to extend the current framework up to and including the 31st March 2023 to allow the continuation of service accessibility Lot 1: A Framework Agreement to cover the provision of Managed ICT Services, both Cloud and on-premise options. Including but not limited to: — ICT support and maintenance. —— On-site Support, —— Remote Support, —— Annual Health Check, —— Pre Ofsted Check, —— Routine Maintenance, —— MIS Support, —— Training. — ICT Strategy and Planning, — Connectivity, — Cloud Solutions, — Safeguarding and Security, — Strategy and Planning, — Data Storage and Back up, — Networking Solutions, — ICT infrastructure. In the context of the solutions required, ICT infrastructure can include but not be limited to hardware, software, network, peripheral equipment, audio-visual equipment, user devices and mobile connectivity (as an integrated package within user devices).
