Digital services framework

Tender description

EPH (formerly known as Essex Procurement Hub) is part of Braintree District Council, and lets and manages national framework agreements. EPH are seeking to let a framework for the provision and development of website services and related software solutions, including bespoke development and professional services to enhance digital presence, which will replace the current Website Design Framework and wish to conduct some early market engagement to help inform what this might look like going forward. The following Lots are being considered: Lot 1 - Software Solutions including but not limited to: Lot 1a - Website solution Lot 1b - Website and online form solution Lot 1c - Case management solution Lot 1d - Full digital service solution Lot 2 - Professional services Including but not limited to: Consultancy, Website Integrations, Branding, Design, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Discovery and research, Training, Website development, Automation testing, Maintenance, Implementation, Testing (UAT) | Sandbox, Quality assurance, Data migration, Mobile application development, Wireframing, Project management, System development, Cyber security, Digital transformation Lot 3 - Ongoing support and maintenance of software solution Including but not limited to: Licensing, Annual support, Maintenance, Contract renewal, Updates EPH would encourage interested parties to help us to shape this framework. Initially, engagement will be in the form of a questionnaire which should be completed using this link https://www.braintree.gov.uk/xfp/form/608 no later than 15/03/2023. The Responses will be reviewed, and we may contact respondents with follow up questions depending on the findings. This will be a national four-year framework agreement available to all Public Sector Bodies around the UK, with an estimated value between £6m and £8m. We are considering options for direct award and further competition.
