The Arts Council wishes to develop a new high-quality website that will provide flexibility to both employees, artists and organisations and operate a fully integrated end-to-end, web-based system. The website must clearly communicate the Arts Council’s core strategy, provide a best-in-class experience for artists and organisations seeking to access support, and support the Arts Council in its goal to further the engagement with and development of the Arts sector
