The Housing Agency invites tenders for the provision of a Facilitator for Housing First Community of Practice online events.

Tender description

A Community of Practice (CoP) initiative has been put in place to provide a peer-to-peer online learning space for Housing First front-line practitioners. The overall objective of the CoP is to create a space for members to meet with each other to share experiences, stories, challenges, and ways of addressing new and/or recurring problems. The successful tenderer will be expected to act as Host/Facilitator for online CoP events for Housing First Practitioners over the period of the contract. The successful tenderer will be expected to oversee the monthly CoP sessions, including planning and facilitating three guest speaker expert sessions at selected meetings. They will work with the CoP Core Group to plan and facilitate monthly online meetings. A further objective is that the CoP be self-sustaining and be led by a Core Group of its own members and the Facilitator. The facilitator will attend pre-meetings with the Core Group in advance of each CoP session. Potentially over the contract lifetime the requirement may be to plan and facilitate these meetings twice per month. It is anticipated that facilitating a once-off annual larger conference event, possibly one full day or a half day, will also be required.
