Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) invites written tenders from suitable experienced organisations for the management of market equipment and site build at our markets and events. DCSDC has established a public outdoor events programme form April 2023 to March 2026 which includes monthly markets, such as Walled City Market and several major events throughout the year such as: • Summer Jamm Festival – Strabane • Waterside Half Marathon – Derry • Halloween Carnival Celebrations – Derry and Strabane • Christmas Light Switch on and Celebrations – Strabane • St Patricks Day Festival – Derry and Strabane • Foyle Maritime Festival (Biennial) - Derry See Appendix A and B for full details on confirmed markets and events for 2023-2026. Additional public events and celebrations may be programmed on an ad hoc basis subject to funding. These events may vary in nature, scale and requirements. Tenders are now invited from competent organisations for the provision of management of market equipment and site build for these and any other events in accordance with the contract term.
