Tender description
Transport for Wales (TfW) has a Social and Commercial Development Plan aimed at bringing under-utilised or disused spaces at stations back into use for social and commercial purposes. TfW are now delivering Phase 2 of the programme with this first lot covering 2no. stations at Abergele & Pensarn and Colwyn Bay (Platform 1). The project requires building fabric refurbishment inclusive of mechanical, civils and electrical works to bring the station buildings back into use.
