Tender description

To provide the council with secure scheduled crystal reporting. West Lothian Council currently uses the Business Objects BI Suite to provide secure scheduled crystal reports to all levels for council reporting including: General Ledger & budget monitoring, CRM reporting, Objective Reporting, Social Policy reporting and IT Service Performance Indicator reporting. The council has a requirement for the continued use of the BO BI Suite as thousands of reports are run on a regular basis to enable the council to meet its statutory responsibilities in terms of budget setting and final accounts and the wider financial administration of the council.
