FSS requires a Contractor to undertake a review of Ready-to-Eat Foods sold over social media Food Standards Scotland (FSS) requires a Contractor to provide an in-depth scoping exercise of foods currently being sold on social media in Scotland. The overall aim of the Contract is to form a baseline understanding of the types of food products on sale over social media. FSS’s main interest is in higher risk food categories, particularly ready-to-eat foods, but an understanding of the full market is of interest.
