Tender description

In order to meet its' statutory obligation under Section 149 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 Hull City Council is looking to appoint an organisation that can kennel stray dogs; both those collected by the Council's Animal Wardens and those handed in by members of the public. As an enhanced service the Council is looking for a kennel provider who on expiry of the 7 day statutory detainment period are able to take ownership of most of the remaining dogs with a view to rehoming them to new owners.
