Tender description
The project will be separated into 2 phases. Phase 1 (upgrades to the existing FET centre) will consist of: Conversion of the existing technical post primary rooms into 2No. electrical apprentices’ rooms (28No. units) Upgrade works to 2no Classrooms Canteen/Kitchen upgrades Toilet upgrades Office and reception accommodation New building services including Fire Safety Works, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Heating Services. Phase 2 (new extension to the existing FET Centre) to accommodate: Woodwork workshop Woodwork preparation room 1no. Classroom Car park Associated site works.
