This is award notice is published on behalf of The Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership. Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership's are appointing a Professional Consultancy Services for the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership's multi-site Enterprise Zone, in Hampshire and Surrey & have been supplied with the attached documents. Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) established a multi-site Enterprise Zone in April 2017 seeking to deliver 10,000 jobs and support 131 businesses. The Zone relates to three sites covering around 40 hectares in Hampshire and Surrey: i. 'Basing View' in Basingstoke, Hampshire; ii. 'Longcross Park' in Chertsey, Surrey and, iii. Whitehill & Bordon in Hampshire. An initial 5-year Implementation Plan was developed and undertaken between 2017- 2022. Over £24 million of investment has delivered new infrastructure and enabled site development at each of the three Zone sites. With the completion of this initial investment period, Enterprise M3 LEP is seeking to commission multi-disciplinary consultancy support that will take the zone to the next stage of delivery and support partners in maximising the jobs, economic growth and business rates retained income over the remaining 20 years of EZ status. The objective of the commission is to provide information and documentation that will inform and support the development of the second Implementation Plan that reflects the long-term objectives for the three sites, the key partners and the LEP. This information will provide an evidence base for additional investment required across the multi-site Enterprise Zone. Since the information and Implementation Plan will be jointly owned by all parties engaged in this programme (Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, East Hampshire District Council and Runnymede Borough Council) it will be essential for the Service Provider to engage fully with these parties throughout the contract period.
