Managed Service for Temporary Agency Resource for Lincolnshire County Council, Rutland County Council and South Kesteven District Council

Tender description

This procurement is a further competition under the ESPO 635F_19 MSTAR3 Framework. The Council require a managed temporary agency resource under the Vendor Neutral Lot. The further competition concerns two Lots - Lot 1 Managed Service for Temporary Agency Resource for Social Care roles only and Lot 2 Managed Service for Temporary Agency Resource for General Staff. The Customer require the Agencies to put forward the most appropriate staff to match the job description for the business areas that they would be assigned to. Both care worker and social worker roles are often required with little or no prior notice, to cover sickness for example. In order to meet the needs of the organisation it is important that these roles are fulfilled immediately and hiring managers have access to an efficient and streamlined process.
