Design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of library building automation solution (My Open Library) for Meath County Council

Tender description

The Contracting Authority requires an integrated and fully supported system to provide access to services and deliver automated self-service for members of the public outside of staffed hours and allow for normal service provision during staff hours. The Contracting Authority seeks the services of economic operators for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a building automation solution for three premises initially (Ashbourne, Trim and Enfield) with the possibility of expanding the service to other libraries in our branch network. The My Open Library service offers extended opening hours to library members during unstaffed hours. The service is offered from 08.00 to 22.00, seven days per week, and 365 days per year. Library users will have access to the library at times that suits them best and the library is strengthened as a focal point for community engagement. The buildings initially designated for MOL are located in Ashbourne, Trim and Enfield.
