Tender description
Abertay Housing Association require a contractor to provide cyclical painter work. The works in this contract comprises pre-paint repairs and external/internal painter work to residential properties of varying tenure, e.g. retirement, general needs and shared ownership properties. Internal works will be limited to communal areas only i.e. stairwells and corridors, timber entrance doors and communal windows. Single Stage procurement
