Tender description

This contract will enable staff to be upskilled on par with industry best practice, and will build our capability in designing, delivering and analysing qualiatitive research with our customers. This will enable HMRC to deliver quality in-house research, and retain this knowledge to be used within future projects which will provide a more customer- centric appproach. Research can be delivered in house at a much lower cost than externally comissioned research.
