Tender description
The works comprise of the Electrical Services Installation upgrade works (life safety systems, that is, fire detection and alarm and emergency lighting systems) to be carried out as a direct contract with the client. The works entail: • Complete disconnection/stripping out of existing life safety systems • New system of Emergency Lighting in accordance with IS 3217: 2013 + A1; 2017 • New system of Fire Detection & Alarm in accordance with IS 3218:2013+A1:2019 • All associated small power and general services installation works within the areas of the proposed works to cater for new system of emergency lighting and fire detection and alarm • All associated interfacing works, to include door access, dust extraction, gas proving, public address/class change etc. • All associated builder works as specified
