New Museum Project - Trade Package: Polished Concrete Flooring and Screed

The Museum of London is looking to procure a contract to provide concrete flooring and screed works as part of its New Museum Project at West Smithfield working under its appointed Construction Manager. Further detail relating to the expected scope of works is included later in this notice. Lot 1: This Trade Contract Work shall comprise the planning, sequencing, management, Sub-Contractor Design including , coordination, project specific method statements, technical submittals, surveys, risk assessments, procurement, supply, delivery, offloading, distribution, setting out, installing, integrating of specialists Trade Contract designs, monitoring, and handover of the complete Polished Concrete flooring work including, but not limited to: • Floating polished concrete screed • Floating heavy duty screed • Void former, DPM layers • Levelling screed • Acoustic layers • Forming of floor boxes • Access hatches incl support steels • Forming steps in stairs • Stair tread infills • Angles and trims • Polished screed precast panels • Reinforcement • Movement Joints.
