The main focus is on the development, delivery and commissioning of practical skills and knowledge based training for the Practice Nurse, Health Care Support Worker and the non-clinical administrative and management staff within a Primary Care setting designed to meet the needs of the workforce, whilst focusing on the social and medical models of health. Lot 1: Non Clinical courses The main focus is on the development, delivery and commissioning of practical skills and knowledge based training for the Practice Nurse, Health Care Support Worker and the non-clinical administrative and management staff within a Primary Care setting designed to meet the needs of the workforce, whilst focusing on the social and medical models of health. Underpinning the delivery of services is a requirement to: -Provide a courteous and professional service to clients/service users at all times. -Ensure course and learning content is appropriate/fit for purpose, evidence based and current. -Provide a range of dates/course topics throughout the lifecycle of the contract. -Ensure course content is relevant to All Wales regulations, standards and guidelines The following lot relates to Non Clinical related courses with a full breakdown of the courses required included in Appendix A of the tender pack.
