Tender description

South Oxfordshire District Council and Vale of White Horse District Councils are workig together to produce a new Joint Local Plan which must be underpinned by up-to-date, robust and proportionate evidence that meets the requirements of national planning policy and guidance. It is important that this evidence provides a consistent basis for plan-making and implementation across both districts. The councils are therefore inviting competitive tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to produce Lot 1: a water cycle study in accordance with the requirements set out in this specification, and Lot 2: a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) in accordance with the requirements set out in this specification.
