The contract is for the provision of care and support for adults who live in an Extra Care setting within the Borough of Darlington There are two elements to the Service: 1) Care and support services – delivered to those eligible for services under Fair Access to Care under the categories identified in the tender specification. Services include personal care, domestic support and any other activity as agreed in order to meet the individual’s outcomes. 2) Overnight support service - which may be required in response to an emergency call for assistance from those living in the Extra Care schemes.
