SLH - HRB Sprinkler System Maintenance

Tender description

SLHD are committed to a proactive preventative maintenance programme allied to building safety and compliance, and the purpose of this tender is to appoint a suitable contractor to maintain fire sprinkler systems and Associated Equipment. The successful contractor will be required to maintain the system in nine high rise buildings in Doncaster. The Client will also need the provision of an Out of Hours response. The contractor will be expected to provide in and out of out of hours cover with a four hour response. The client considers out of hours as between 18:00 and 08:00 hours with cover for 365 days.
