External works to Sandord Lock House OX4 4YD to include breaking out existing macadam footpath and base, compact and consolidate and lay new base with macadam finish. To the steps serving the rear door install new tubular alluminium ballustrade with vertical uprights. Rebuilt brickwork to the side of the external stairs. Allow for repairs to steps.
