Provision of IT Health Check for Flintshire County Council

Tender description

Flintshire County Council (The Council) operates at ‘Official’ level and has a requirement to have an annual IT Health Check that is appropriate for the risk level. The Council has a commitment to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data and systems it manages for itself and on behalf of its clients. It is also required to meet obligations for the Government’s Public Services Network (PSN) compliance. It now invites interested parties to tender for ICT Security Vulnerability and Penetration testing work specified below. Testing will cover the external and internal network infrastructure utilising both vulnerability scanning and manual penetration testing, as required, to provide an accurate picture of the organisational security across the council architecture. The IT Health Check performed must be carried out in line with the latest Government Guidance - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/it-health-check-ithc-supporting-guidance/it-health-check-ithc-supporting-guidance The Council require the first IT Health Check to take place between 1st and 21st April 2024. The contract will be mobilised March 2024 in preparation for a contract start date of 1st April 2024.
