NU1988 Supply of isotope analyser for methane and carbon dioxide

Tender description

The School of Natural and Environmental Sciences (SNES) as well as other research groups within the Faculty of Science, Agriculture and Engineering (SAGE) at Newcastle University require the analytical capabilities of measuring carbon dioxide and methane concentrations and isotopes. The measurements will aid research into greenhouse gas emissions from dairy farms, waste-water and other methane emitting hot-spots. This research is being funded by the Department for Science, Innovation & Technology. The scope of this contract is for the supply, delivery and installation of the equipment detailed in Section 3.1 Technical Specification to the University, with after-sales support and 12 months warranty and maintenance, all training necessary for safe and reliable operation of the system and a complete set of operating and maintenance documents.
