Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is looking to conduct pre-tender market engagement with contractors interested in providing Forest Survey Services (Production, Thinning, Tree Planting Density and Attribute Surveys) Lot 1: Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is looking to conduct pre-tender market engagement with contractors interested in providing Forest Survey Services. The type of surveys required are broadly categorised as: 1. Forest Surveys - Mensuration for 4 different survey types across the Welsh Government Woodland Estate. 2. Production and Thinning Surveys - valuation of clearfell crops for timber sales, including boundary marking. 3. Tree Planting density survey - monitoring of restocking at year 1 and 5. 4. Attribute Survey - rolling survey of year 20 crops across the WGWE As the provision of the contract will be throughout Wales, contractors operating across Wales are encouraged to get in touch to discuss the framework.
