Local Investment in Nature Capital (LINC) Online Platform Development and Hosting

Tender description

To work with Cornwall Council to develop and maintain an online web platform for Cornwall as part of the LINC Programme that will allow prospective investors and buyers of natural capital to be connected with sellers of suitably developed natural capital projects and initiatives. This will include showcasing natural capital projects and units (e.g. BNG) on the online platform and, where applicable, leveraging the developers’ existing track record of working with prospective investors and buyers of natural capital. The developer (responder) should provide: A quote for an online platform development and / or tailoring existing platform to LINC’s purpose A quote for hosting the online platform for an initial 2 years – including maintenance A realistic timescale for the development and delivery of the online platform to meet the specifications of LINC.
