Greenfield Valley Visitor Centre Gateway - Concept Plan and Developed Design Consultancy

Tender description

The Greenfield Valley Trust and Flintshire County Council wish to appoint a consultant to undertake a Concept Plan and Developed Design for the north eastern portion of Greenfield Valley Heritage Park currently containing the Museum Precinct, associated cluster of buildings and open spaces. The north eastern portion of the Park will become a new Visitor Hub and Gateway providing adaptions of the existing and new facilities which will create a cohesive identity for the Park, better interprets the heritage of the Valley, increases visitor numbers, substantially increases revenue generation and critically, provides an enhanced asset for local community benefit. The vision for the development of the Park is described in, The Greenfield Valley Heritage Park 10 Year Strategy.
