Tender description

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust requires the Provision of an Education Centre Modular Build on the Conquest Hospital site.<br/><br/>In the first stage of this project (Project Stage 1), ESHT are looking to partner with a provider who can offer the right products, possess the necessary experience, and offer competitive pricing to develop the design up to RIBA stage 4, including cost estimates, by the end of January 2024.<br/><br/>Following a mini competition via the NHS SBS Modular Building Framework Agreement, framework reference SBS/10091, Lot 1 – Bespoke Modular Buildings for Purchase, the award has been made to McAvoy Modular Offsite Limited.<br/><br/>The design work and build stage (Project Stage 2) is subject to business case and funding approval and will therefore only commence upon approvals. Project Stage 2 will be awarded with no further competition once Project Stage 1 is approved.
