Location: Beaulieu Road, Hythe, Southampton SO45 4ZB Description of the Works: The Design and Construction of twenty-two affordable rent dwellings comprising 9x 1-bedroom flats, 6x 2-berdroom flats and 7x houses (2x 2-bedroom, 3x 3-bedroom and 2x 4-bedroom) and associated external works, including all hard and soft landscaping works.
