Tender description

Westmorland and Furness Council have received funding for the delivery of a Pocket Park on Stephen Street in Barrow-in-Furness. This project is part of the wider Barrow Levelling Up Fund works that are ongoing in Barrow. The Council will commission the Works in two distinct Stages: • Stage 1: Design, development, consents, and approvals. • Stage 2: Construction There is to be an Employer decision hold-point between Stage 1 and 2 when the Employer will decide whether to proceed to Stage 2.
