CHIC Windows & Doors Framework 2023

Tender description

CHIC (the 'Authority') is procuring a 4-year Framework designed to allow specialist local and nationwide Window and Door system suppliers with lots for the supply of Windows and Doors (uPVC, Timber , Aluminium and composite) Canopies and Roofline Components as set out in this Notice. The Framework created may be accessed by any of CHIC's Members (Employers) and any Authorised Users. The requirements include the fabrication and supply of the above components (including distribution for others to install) with an option for the Supplier to undertake fitting of windows, doors, canopies, and roofline components covering a variety of disposal systems manufactured from conventional materials and also a wide range of manufacturer's proprietary systems to include rainwater gutters, downpipes and soil and vent pipes. Materials and works will also cover fascia, barge, soffit board and wall cladding systems. (for new installation, replacement, refurbishment, repair and servicing).
