Applications via NEPO only https://procontract.due-north.com/ Project Reference:DN656442 South Tyneside Homes & South Tyneside Council require a contractor to provide scaffolding for the repairs & maintenance service this will be awarded on the basis of Most Economically Advantageous Tender evaluated in accordance with the criteria as set out in this ITT. • The Framework will consist of three to four contractors ranked in relation to most competitive price. The top ranked contractor may be engaged for the majority of the work & lower ranked contractors engaged to fill capacity issues. • The Framework will be used for repairs & maintenance with mini competitions for planned and programmed maintenance and suchlike for both South Tyneside Homes & South Tyneside Council over the volume of £10,000 • The tender forecast is indicative only & STH & STC give no guarantee that all or any of this work will be offered
