Tender description

Scope of framework is to collect, transport and deliver various types of plant (e.g 360, excavator, telehandler, tractor, spreader etc. and mats to, from, and between various agricultural, treatment and storage sites. On occasion we move plant and equipment to a repair facility or an agricultural show. The supplier is to safely position and lay to mats to provide a suitable surface for loading and provide diesel to refuel the plant. Scope also includes full management of environmental permits. Lot 1: The frameworks are for the movement of plant and machinery ; predominantly 360's and telehandlers. On occasion Vredo spreaders will be moved, for instance to an agricultural show or for repair. In addition, the scope also covers site set-up and dismantling, light, medium and full, described in detail in the scope. Briefly, a light set-up is to deliver and erect the suppliers own goalposts and blue cones, a medium set-up to collect and deliver the 360 and site equipment as described in the scope. A full set-up is all of the above plus deliver and join mats. The frameworks also now include a Managed Service that we can draw down from the pricing schedule when required. In this case the supplier will be issued an Environmental Permit to move biosolids and will manage the entire operation; laying mats, supplying the 360 and operator, stockpiling, collect and re-deliver the 360 to the next Environmental Permit.
