Tender description

Lot 1: Clare County Council intend to develop and enhance the amenity value of the existing town park by undertaking a programme of works that will result in the provision of a new Town Park. This will include a number of different amenity zones which will incorporate a network of paths, including amenity grassland areas, an activity area incorporating an adventure play area, a pump track, a bandshell and multiple seating areas.
