Replacement of a Chiller for the British Embassy Stockholm

Tender description

The replacement of an ‘end of life’ chiller unit which includes removal of the old air-cooling unit and connecting pipes, electrical wiring located in the basement of the British Embassy Stockholm. This is an expansion of the system, which would be a cost-effective option rather than continue servicing the existing chiller. The delivery of the requirement would be structured into two phases, which are: Phase 1 - include the design and layout works for the electrical wiring, ventilation pipe works of the new unit that will be connected to the existing HVAC layout systems within the premises. Phase 2 - Cost management include service works and maintenance of the new chiller air cooler unit installed. Lot 1: Replacement of a chiller with a new unit, plus service maintenance works to the unit for 5 years.
