Tender description

The Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of 2 years. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a period or periods of up to 1 year with a maximum of two such extension(s) on the same terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contracting Authority confirms that the period of any Contracts awarded under this Framework Agreement may extend beyond the date of expiry of the agreement.
